Directions:
From I-240 and Poplar Avenue – Go east on Poplar Avenue approximately 1 mile, turn south on Estate Drive and travel 200 feet, turn left into property. We are located on the northwest corner of the building.

Appointments Available:
Our clinic is open seven days a week. We recognize that not everything happens during the week. We have extended hours for your convenience. Weekend appointments are for established patients only.

Holiday Hours:
Our office will be closed Dec. 24-Dec. 25 and Dec. 31- Jan. 1.
Normal hours will resume Jan. 2.
